Jim's background includes an impressive tenure at Intel Corporation, where he served in various management roles spanning supply chain, process engineering, and manufacturing. Most notably, he spent 8 years as a Senior Supply Chain Manager, overseeing materials planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics for two semiconductor manufacturing facilities. In this capacity, Jim delivered game-changing results, including:

• Implementing a highly successful Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program that significantly improved supply chain agility and efficiency
• Leading global supply chain teams focused on business intelligence, operational excellence, and employee training and development
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives that generated millions in annual savings
